Technical sheets of food products: how they must be done, what they must respect
The data sheets of food products, with the new regulations need to be produced and maintained with a dynamic and shared database.
The technical data sheets for food products are the main tool for communicating the characteristics of the food product.
Every Food Sector Operator (OSA) must provide the OSA-client with all the information that allows the latter to correctly label (if packer) or the correct information of the consumer (if retailer, restaurateur, administrator, etc.)
The technical specifications of the food products must therefore comply with the regulations of the Legislative Decree no.109 / 1992 until 12/12/2014 and of the Regue 1169/2011 from 13/12/2014.
The products concerned are:
raw materials, semi-finished products, finished foods, additives, technological adjuvants, flavorings, etc. This is why it is increasingly necessary to have a solution dedicated to the complete management of the packaging production flow, which combines software and graphics and satisfies the various needs of all the actors involved in the creation, management, approval and subsequent modifications of the pack.
