Festival del Giornalismo Alimentare 2018

The issue of food safety is very complex: information on product labels is increasingly detailed and cultural initiatives are increasing to inform consumers. They have had, and continue to have, the various information platforms, from newspaper columns to blogs, increasingly followed by people.
The third edition of the 2018 Festival of Festival del Giornalismo Alimentare, which takes place in Turin from 22 to 24 February, focuses on the importance of dialogue between research and dissemination in terms of food safety.
The festival will be divided into three days of discussion on food and nutrition, through in-depth analysis, collateral events, workshops and educational activities for an audience of journalists, communicators, food bloggers, companies, institutions, press offices, scientists, Italian and international food producers and influencers.
